Penrose3 Offers Returns by Store Credit Only. (90 Days To Expiry)

You are responsible for arranging the return freight and providing us with tracking notification. We will email your Credit Note at time of receipt of the returned item.  We arrange the return freight for damaged goods see below “Damaged Goods”.

Shipping: Allow up to 48 hours for tracking notification email, plus regular carrier time in transit. (2-5 Days Domestic Ground)

Damaged Goods: Returns & Replacement

You must inform us of damage goods within 24 hours of receipt of product. This is based on the carrier Tracking confirmation of delivery.

We cannot be responsible if you are away on delivery due to business, vacation, health or otherwise. Please arrange to have someone inspect & report damages upon receipt, in your absence.  

All deliveries are basis the date of scanned carrier confirmation tracking. (Fedex, UPS, Canpar, USPS , CanPost or others)

Credit Notes are not issued until we have receipt of returned goods.
